Secure your guest progress
You can start as a guest without entering credentials. Link the guest account in Settings to keep access after reinstalling or changing devices. Use the app’s sign-in and recovery flow for the linked provider; creating a different account does not automatically transfer progress.
Appearance and notifications
Interface appearance and map appearance are independent: Slate or Night for the interface, Day, Dusk or Night for the map. Sound, haptics and notification preferences are available in Settings. The app requests notification permission after the tutorial, when you opt in.
Talk to other players
Use the public channels and your gang chat to coordinate. Translation helps players using different languages. Moderators can remove messages, apply temporary mutes or restrict accounts. Keep communication within the game’s community rules.
Get help
Use the support page for account, gameplay or purchase issues. Include your player name, player ID when available, a clear description and useful screenshots. For purchases, use the app’s restore flow before opening another purchase. Account deletion is handled through the app’s account settings and confirmation flow.
